These terms govern your use of brativa.online, published by BRANAGROUP s.r.o. (“we”, “us”). By reading the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please leave the site. Full publisher details are in the legal notice.
1. What this site is
brativa.online is an editorial publication. It provides general information and opinion about consumer security software. It is not a shop: we sell nothing, take no payment from readers, and conclude no contract of sale with you.
2. Partner links
The site carries partner (affiliate) links. If you follow one and buy from the vendor, we are paid a
commission by that vendor. This does not increase your price. Every commercial link is labelled visibly
as a partner link and carries rel="sponsored nofollow noopener".
Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the vendor, on the vendor’s terms, with the vendor’s prices, warranties, refund rights and support. We are not a party to it, we cannot process a refund, and we have no control over the vendor’s pricing, availability, product changes or customer service. Please read the vendor’s own terms before buying.
3. No guarantee of results, no professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional information-security advice, and nothing on it is a guarantee. We make no promise that any product described will protect you from any particular threat, and we do not claim any specific outcome from using one. Security depends on your own configuration, your own behaviour and circumstances entirely outside our knowledge.
4. Accuracy, and what prevails
We check what we publish and we date it — see the editorial policy. Even so, product features, bundles, names, prices and terms change frequently and without notice. Where anything on this site diverges from the vendor’s own published information, the vendor’s own information prevails. Always confirm on the vendor’s site before purchasing.
If you find something inaccurate, write to info@brativa.online. We will correct it and record the correction.
5. External links
We link to third-party sites, including the vendor’s site, regulators’ sites and testing laboratories. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. Once you follow a link away from brativa.online, the destination site’s own privacy policy and terms apply, not ours.
6. Intellectual property
All text, diagrams, layout and code on this site are the property of BRANAGROUP s.r.o. unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source page. Reproducing substantial parts of the site, or republishing the diagrams, requires our written permission.
Third-party trademarks named on this site remain the property of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
7. Availability
We make no commitment that the site will be available without interruption or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this site, from the use or inability to use the site, or from any dealings between you and a vendor reached through a link here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
9. Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third-party servers and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. See the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which explains how to verify this yourself.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date of last update shown at the top.
11. Governing law
Czech law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the EU Member State in which you are habitually resident. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction, subject to the same reservation.
